Getting To Where You Want To Be

This week’s focus: accelerating growth

Let’s do a quick check in:

  • When your employees, customers and partners think about your company, is your company thought of as being about (a) ease and simplicity or (b) frustration and complexity?
  • Are your people, processes and systems seamlessly and tightly connecting you and your teams to your customers and partners?
  • Is your company sought after by prospects, customers, potential employees and investors?
  • Are revenues and profits soaring?
  • Is business exciting?

It’s hard to earn an “A” in all these areas whether we be talking about a company, a division, a department or a team.. Let’s talk about where you are and where you’d like to be. Tackling lingering, nagging issues is key to accelerating growth.
